Has my package shipped yet?

An automatic confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. It takes 24-48 hours to process an order, once an order has been processed you will receive your tracking information. Kindly note shipping times will vary depending on the option selected.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order is cancelled, we deeply apologize. Orders will typically be cancelled for the following reasons:

1) The item is sold out

2) Your billing information could not be verified or your billing address does not match the credit card on file.

We deliver to Lavish Ladies all over the world!  Please note depending on your country's customs, additional custom fees may apply. Ms Lady Lavish is not responsible for these additional custom charges.
